DeskStitch vs Mouse Without Borders
Mouse Without Borders is free, made by Microsoft and lives inside PowerToys. If it works for your desk, keep it. It usually stops working well the day a 4K screen meets a 1440p one.
Mouse Without Borders arranges PCs on a grid of up to four machines and hands the cursor over at the pixel edge of a screen. That is fine while every screen has the same resolution and scaling. With mixed screens the cursor lands too high or too low, moves at a different speed on each PC, and stops dead where one screen ends and the other does not.
DeskStitch was written for exactly that desk. It reads the physical size of every monitor and places them in millimetres, so the crossing point and the speed are the same as if all screens hung on one PC.

Keep Mouse Without Borders if
